Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

We require a holding deposit of 25% of the total cost upon booking. This deposit secures your booking date and is deducted from your total balance.

Some items may require a deposit which will be returned the day after the event provided the item is not damaged or missing. In the event of damaged or missing items you will lose your deposit and will be liable for up to the full cost of any damaged or missing item.


How do I make payment?

Full payment must be made atleast 14 days before the event and can be made via bank transfer or online payment. We have a £150 minimum spend. A small order fee can be added to meet the minimum spend requirements.


How do cancellations or date changes work?

We require a 10 day notice of cancellation, from your event date, for your holding deposit to be refunded in full. Any cancellations after this will result in your holding deposit being lost. 

We require 7 days notice, from your event date, for a date change. Your holding deposit will go towards this future booking provided it is within 12 months of the original date. Any date changes after this will result in your holding deposit being lost.


Can I change the delivery and collection time?

Time changes after receiving your booking confirmation will incur an extra charge subject to availability.

Our earliest set up time is 10am and latest collection time is 10pm, if you require an earlier set up or later collection time this can be arrange at an extra cost. All timings given must be adhered to and CANNOT be changed on the day. This includes set up and takedown times. If your celebrations run over the arranged time this will incur an extra charge.


Is delivery and collection free?

Delivery, set up and collection is included in the price up to 5 miles. Any distance greater than this will incur a delivery fee.

If the event requires us to travel to or through Congestion charge or ULEZ zones this will be added to the delivery charge.

Please ensure there is sufficient parking for a van outside the venue and we are made aware of any parking restrictions.

We require direct access to the venue. Please ensure we are made aware of any venue restrictions and any flight of stairs.
